Design Refinement

Copyright and Permissions

- Rights Reserved: Top Click Joe reserves the right to use any designs, even the finalized ones, in its portfolio or for promotional purposes. However, if a client has confidentiality concerns or other reasons for exclusivity, this can be discussed and negotiated.
- Client Responsibilities: Once the copyright is transferred, it’s the client’s responsibility to register the design/logo with the relevant copyright offices if they wish for additional legal protection. While the transfer grants you ownership, formal registration provides added legal clout against potential infringers.
